HR Audits. We ensure your company is within the minimum requirements of the labour laws and reduce the risk of fines and penalties for non-conformance.  We audit your documents, letters, policies and procedures against the relevant legislation.

HR Administration. Skills Development.We conduct training needs analysis and skills audit exercises; preparation and submission of the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.

Training/Facilitation. We conduct training and/or facilitation in various skills programmes, including but not limited to initiating disciplinary enquiries, chairing disciplinary enquiries, conflict management, performance management, legislation training such as employment equity and skills development.  We arrange health and safety (SHE) training such as 1st Aid, Health & Safety representative, Fire Fighting and Forklift training at accredited training institutions in your area.

Labour Legislation.We provide advice on various relevant Labour Acts such as, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, the Labour Relations Act, the Employment Equity Act, the Skills Development and Skills Levies Acts and the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Sector Determinations relevant to your business. We assist your business in obtaining relevant health and safety equipment such as first aid kits, legal signs, and personal protective clothing.
